What does FZB mean?
It is an electric galvanization of the screws (electro-galvanizing), which extends their durability and makes them more resistant to rust. But since they are not acid-free, they are not suitable for outdoor use.

Particleboard screws are good for all types of wood and they are self-tapping. These are with pozidrive cross notches (for Phillips screwdrivers).

Important info about screws and magnets:
When you have to screw a magnet, it is important that you choose the right one size (this is M3). And you must ensure that you get a flat surface where the screw head is not higher than the magnet, as this gives distance to the opposite pole and makes the magnetism weaker.

NB! Remember to measure the thickness of what you have to screw in before choosing a screw size. Both wood and magnet height must be taken into account, so that you do not end up screwing through on the other side (or vice versa, that you end up with a screw that is too short). This is one of our smallest screws, but if it's too long, you can easily cut off a bit of the tip.
