It is important that you know, that all our suppliers of raw magnets are ISO9001 certified, so you don't have to worry about the production of the magnets and the conditions in the factories.

Product questions?

We have created an FAQ where we write about testning a lot of different solutions with magnets. You will also find posts from collabs with customers, where we go through various challenges with proposed solutions and step-by-step guides. You will find the most frequently asked questions in our FAQ here. But we also regularly make videos to inspire the use of magnets in everyday life. The videos are available in many of the posts.

Want us to test something for you?

If we have to test something for you, it will help with a good project description and preferably also photos or drawings of the project. The more info we get, the better we can help you. And remember: we make a living selling magnets and not developing other products. So you don't have to worry about us passing on sensitive information. We act as your business partner and go to great lengths to test magnetic solutions for and with you so that you are ready to produce your product yourself. It is the magnets themselves that are our strength. And we can certainly also help you with your project.

Technical guidance

If your project is very specific and you need our technical guidance, you can book our time at an hourly price of 85 EUR. You simply put "one hour" in the basket and briefly describe the project under order comments. Then you will be contacted on weekdays within a few hours. If it's a challenge we can't solve, you don't have to pay for our time.

We usually reply e-mails within 24 hours

We are available in customer service every weekday - and sometimes we also use the weekends to get everything done. We aim to respond everyone within 24 hours. Obviously, there may be projects that takes up longer hours to test. But if you are in doubt as to whether we are in the process of processing your request, you are very welcome to contact us again for a status.
