Shipment in the EU
At Magnetpartner.com, we always strive for a quick delivery, and where possible we dispatch orders on the same day as we receive them. Dispatch times are subject to stock availability. During busy periods, such as holidays and campaigns, longer delivery times (1-3 days extra) may occur. All orders are shipped with GLS, Schenker, PostNord or UPS (you choose).
You can only choose "insured parcel" with track & trace number. And if your order as a private consumer (B2C), you will also get the choise of tracked letters when your order is below 1 kg.
You will receive an e-mail as soon as we have dispatched your order.
Magnetpartner.com is not responsible for any delay or other shipment complications of any kind after handing over your parcel to GLS, Schenker, PostNord or UPS. In the unfortunate event that your order is damaged during shipping, you should immediately contact your local postal service (who carried out the final shipment in your country) and report it to them.
