Block magnets - Neodymium

Square shaped neodymium magnets are called block magnets. Here you can find square magnets of neodymium in many sizes and with both axial and diametral magnetism. You might also know block magnets under the term "cube magnets" - but they are not all quadratic. Please contact us if you are looking for a size that is not already in our assortment.

What are block magnets used for?

The most frequently used neodymium magnets are disc magnets, which are round and flat. And it is usually these that are shown on Youtube in tests. But in most cases, you can easily use a block magnet instead. It depends solely on the design and the space for placing magnets you are working with, whether you should use the round or the square magnets. In particular, we sell many block magnets for knife racks, for magnetic closing of curtains, for magnetic assembly of cushions, furniture and the like as well as for fixing on magnetic collectors, as it makes perfect sense to use square, flat magnets for these purposes. We also sell square magnets for hobby projects, but it is mainly the small magnets, as you don't have to increase the size much before you have a magnet that is so strong that it is difficult to handle against other magnets or against magnetic surfaces .
