Terms and Conditions at Magnetpartner.com

To place an order with Magnetpartner.com, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under the age of 18, you are required to show proof of parental consent to make a purchase.

We aim to make shopping at Magnetz.dk as easy as possible. If you are in a hurry, here is the short version of the terms and conditions:

Place an item in your basket, select your shipping method, correctly input your name and address, pay with your credit card and we will send your order to you as quickly and securely as possible. We will give you 30 day's right to return your order, and we will not give your details to anyone else.

Simply add items to your shopping basket, choose a shipping method, provide us with your name and address, and optionally billing information. Then, you will prompted to pay for the item with your payment card, and fiinally we will ship the items to you quickly and securely. 

We offer personal consumers a 30-day withdrawal right and commerical consumers a 14-day withdrawal right. For full transparency, we do not pass or sell on your information to third party companies. Please note that there are special terms and conditions for business consumers. These are stated separetely below. 

Purchases made in person at our facilities are non-refundable. Therefore, always make sure to place your order online before pickup or upon arrival. To better assist you, we have incorporated a P.O.S. computer on-site at our warehouse to help you complete your purchase.

How to Shop

To place an order with Magnetpartner.com, you need to go through the following 5 steps:

1. Browse our inventory and add your desired items into your shopping basket. Once all of your desired items have been added to your basket proceed to the checkout process.

2. Accurately enter your personal information and delivery address*.

3. Select the shipping option you prefer and your preferred method of payment. Note: Only previously approved commercial consumers are offered the invoice purchase option. Feel free to contact us if you would like to be considered for this option for future purchases.

4. Review and accept our terms and conditions.

5. Check that all the information you provided is correct on the checkout page and confirm the purchase.

At Magnetpartner.com, you can only order items through our online site. All agreements are made in the language of your choise (English, Danish, Swedish or Norwegian) under Danish law. If you have inquiries about items not available on the website, you are welcome to contact us. All prices include VAT and other taxes, if you shop as a privat customer, and prices are daily rates. If you are a business customer, VAT and taxes follow the rules of the country, you need us to ship to and issue the invoice for.

*Please make sure to provide the correct address. GLS and UPS charges us a correction fee of EUR 10.00 including VAT, which we will pass on to you. The 10 EUR will also be applied to your purchase for wanting to redirect a package. If you change your mind regarding the delivery location or address, the postal service will charge us 10 EUR including VAT, and this charge will be forwarded to you. 

Delivery

At Magnetpartner, we always strive for fast delivery, and we dispatch all orders consistently throughout the day within the shipping company's same day shipping time-lines. Any unavailable items will be placed on a backorder waitlist and if any special purchases will require additional shipping time you will be informed.

ATTENTION! If one of our special items are purchased or if you have a special request that requires customization, you will receive be informed of the expected delivery time. Due to the variations of customizations possible, we cannot estimate a delivery date unless we know the type of customization you need. For all other items that are not in stock at the time of ordering, we guarantee delivery within 14 business days. In all cases, an additional 1-3 business days of delivery time must be expected during holiday seasons and campaigns due to increased activity

All orders are shipped with one of our following partners: UPS, GLS, PostNord, or DHL. In the unfortunate event that your goods are damaged during transit, you must immediately contact the shipping company and inform them that your goods were "damaged during transportation".

Shipping - Shipment

All orders are sent with insured parcel post. The weight of the package determines the final shipping price and shipping options - you can see this in the checkout process once you have selected some items and placed them in the shopping cart. 

When selecting one of our delivery options to a parcel locker: If you have chosen a parcel locker/parcel shop that is full when a delivery is attempted, your package will be delivered to a nearby parcel locker/parcel shop. You will receive those update changes and further information from the shipping company. 

Especially for shipments outside of Denmark: We send all orders outside of Denmark with either PostNord, Bring, GLS, Schenker, UPS or DHL (via PostNord). For your convenience, we give you the option to choose between several shipping methids. You will receive an e-mail from us as soon as we have dispatched your package from our office. Magnetpartner.com is not responsible for any delays or other shipment complications of any kind after handing over your package to the shipping company. 

Payment

You can order online and pay via a secure connection using Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, LIC, JCB, UnionPay, American Express or reg. invoice (the invoice option is for pre-approved companies only). Your order will be processed and dispatched as soon as we have received your checkout confirmation. All prices provided on Magnetpartner.com – at our web address https://www.magnetpartner.com – include VAT. The prices shown are the current prices. NOTICE: With bank transfers, you are not protected by the dispute resolution scheme.

Terms of Sale and Delivery

The below terms of sale and delivery shall apply to all products delivered by Magnetpartner.com, unless other written agreement has been made between you and Magnetpartner.com. All purchases made through Magnetpartner.com are protected by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The rules stipulated in the Danish Sale of Goods Act regarding overdue delivery and defective goods shall apply. Any complaints about Magnetpartner.com can be directed to the Consumer Complaints Board in Denmark where Magnetpartner.com's main office is located.

Time of delivery, shipment and risk:

Delivery of goods from Magnetpartner.com is considered to have occurred when you have received the goods by one of our shipping partners. The expected delivery time is stated under each product and made clear on the checkout review page. If a product is in stock, we strive to dispatch any order placed before 2:00 pm on the same day, unless otherwise stated on our webshop. The risk of goods purchased at Magnetpartner.com passes to you at the time of delivery.

Documentation and instructions:

The following sales and delivery terms apply to all deliveries from Magnetpartner.com unless otherwise agreed in writing between you as the buyer and Magnetpartner.com .

In general, the applicable rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to purchases of goods through Magnetpartner.com. The defect rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act may apply. Complaints about Magnetpartner.com can be made to the Center for Complaint Resolution. 

Documentation and Guidance:

If an item has a specific product description and a user manual is available, we will include these items with your delivery. If you may have any doubts about how to use your purchased product or how to treat/clean your product, you are always more than welcome to contact us. We always take the time to help you with your project, and we take pride in always giving you the best advice possible, so we always send individual responses for each question you may have. If the guidance is extensive and takes more than 10 minutes, we charge a fee for technical guidance.

Complaints:

Any errors or defects found in any delivery from Magnetpartner.com must be claimed within a resonable time after you have discovered the error. We suggest within 7-14 business days. It is your duty to specify and, upon request, show how the error or defect manifests itself. To best understand the defect we encourage you to include photos with your complaint to help us understand, if possible, how and when the defect occured. As an individual customer, you have a 24-month warranty, and as a commercial customer, you have a 12-month warranty. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, request a refund, or receive a discount, depending on the specific situation. It is required that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen due to incorrect use of the product. You must submit your complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect in the item. We strongly suggest to submit your complaint immediately to ensure availability of a replacement item. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be processed in a timely fashion. On a case by case scenario, we may refund your shipping cost. Often, we will send you a return label by email. But please contact us first for better assistance.

To better assist you in addressing the purpose of your complaint. We will need the following information when you return the item(s) to us: a description of the problem as detailed as possible. 

Note! We do not accept packages sent COD (Cash on Delivery) or to a parcel locker, etc. This means that returns must be made by delivering the package within our open business hours on weekdays. Also, packages must not be hung on our door handle. Packages delivered to our mailbox must be documented with a photo or video. 

Remember that the item must always be returned in the same packaging as when received or in other similar, secure packaging. Improperly packaged items can otherwise be damaged during return shipping, and we cannot accept returns of items that are damanged due to inadequate packaging. Also, remember to get a receipt/confirmation form for the shipment so that we can refund your shipping costs. 

Consumer Complaint Options

Should you have a complaint about a product purchased from us, where we cannot reach an agreement on a solution, you have the option to file a complaint with the Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can submit an online complaint here: www.forbrug.dk. 

You also have the option to use the EU Commisson's online complaint portal, which is relevant if you are a consumer residing in an EU country other than Denmark. Complaints can be submitted online here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint, you must provide our email address: info@magnetz.dk. 

This complaint option is unfortunately not available for commercial customers. But do not despair: we have not yet had a complaint case, as we always ensure to resolve any issues with orders before they become problems - and we go to great lengths to satisfy our customers, whether you are a private or business customer. 

Purchase Requisitions & Orders:

We strive to process all purchase orders/requisitions and dispatch them on the same day we receive them. In our past experience, if we receive your requisition before 2:00 PM on weekdays we ship the same day. ATTENTION! In some cases, there may be delays due to inventory status, but we will contact you if that occurs. 

As we are a webshop, and everyone has equal opportunity to place an order online, orders placed via written requisition or telephone will incur an administration fee of 14 EUR excluding VAT for manual handling if the total order is under 150 EUR excluding VAT. 

It will still be possible to create a B2B user account on the site yourself, where you can place your order without an administration fee, while having full access to your previous orders. Don't have a login? Register as a B2B customer here

Returns:

If you wish to return an order, simply repackage and secure the items. Return the package to: Magnetz and Magnordic ApS, Ejby Industrivej 28A, 2600 Glostrup, Denmarj, along with a copy of the invoice/order confirmation to ensure we have your correct banking information to return your funds. And preferably include this return form. Please note that items must be packed securely in the same way as when the item left our warehouse and the consumer received it, as they may otherwise be damaged during the return transport. 

You must cover the return shipping costs when exercising your right to withdrawal. In the case of incorrect delivery or a defective item, we will cover your direct return costs. In some cases, we may not require a defective item to be returned, so please contact us first to better guide you taking the proper steps. For partial cancellation of a purchase that was delivered with free shipping, the applicable shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover part of Magnetpartner.com's shipping costs for the item. We will credit your payment card with the value of the item within 14 business days. In addition, you will be informed of the amount to be credited. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you provide documentation of having returned it beforehand. 

Note! If you received a gift with your purchase, it must also be returned if you return the entire order or parts of the order, making the conditions for receiving the gift no longer fulfilled. Otherwise, you will be charged for the gift's price and lose the right to be credited for shipping when returning all other items. 

The right of withdrawal expires 30 days for individual consumers customers and 14 days for commercial customers after the day you 1) received your item, or 2) take physical possession of the last item (in case of partial delivery). You must notify us within 30/14 days of receipt that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. The notification must be given by email, phone, or letter. In your message, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you cancel a purchase by refusing to accept the item without simultaneously giving us clear notice, we will contact you to ensure whether the return is due to withdrawal or an error by the shipping company. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery. 

Magnetic paint can only be returned in its original, unopened and unused condition. Failure to meet these requirements is otherwise considered a 100% depreciation in value, and in such a case, we cannot accept the return of the item. 

The return of packages up to 5 kg within Denmark due to non-collection or incorrectly provided address will be charged 10.00 EUR when the package is returned to us. Packages over 5 kg will be charged the current return fee from the shipping company, which corresponds to the same list price we paid when sending the package. If the package is returned as uncollected due to an error or oversight, we can resend the package to you upon payment of a new shipping fee. If the package was sent with special delivery at your request, such as expenses delivery or pallet delivery, the return fee will be adjusted to the current rate charged by the shipping company for return handling. 

Packages returned from Greenland and the Faroe Islands due to non-collection or incorrectly provided address will be charged EUR 20.00 when the package is returned to us. If the package is returned as uncollected due to an error or oversight, we can resend the package to you after a new shipping fee has been paid. If the package shipped required special delivery requests, such as express delivery or pallet delivery, the return fee will be adjusted to the current rate charged by the shipping company for return handling.

Please note: We do not have any say in the shipping company fees, we simply pass along the fee they disclose.

The Condition of the Returned Good(s):

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item that results from handling it in a way other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item. In other words, you can try the item in the same way you would in a physical store. If the item has been used beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon withdrawal from the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item. To receive the full purchase amount back, you must handle the item only as you would in a physical store; that is, you can try it but not use it.
