Small but strong neodymium magnet with white rubber coating and external steel thread (M4).
The magnet itself is made of neodymium N42.
Diameter: 2.2 cm.

You can screw the magnet together with magnet types with internal M4 thread, or you can use an M4 nut.

The carrying capacity of the 5.9 kg. is measured directly on a strong, magnetic steel plate made of pure steel. Distance between magnet and magnetic counterpart (magnet or magnetic surface) weakens the carrying capacity. A distance of 2 mm. weakens the bearing capacity by approx. 70%, while a distance of 5 mm. weakens the carrying capacity by as much as 92%.
This type of magnet can be used outdoors, but the steel thread can rust over time with permanent outdoor use.
