Description

Magnet size ø16 mm. with internal thread (M4).

The magnet is a pot magnet type, made of neodymium with a steel pot.

NOTE! Not made of stainless steel, which is why we recommend indoor use.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Strength: approx. 5,200 g.
Diameter: 16 mm.
Height: 4.5 mm.
Magnetism: N38
Surface: nickel plated (Ni)
Thread thickness: M4
Max. temperature: 80°C

The strength is measured in direct tension on a thick, magnetic steel plate. The more space there is between the magnet and the magnetic surface, the weaker the magnetism will be. There is therefore a need for a calculation of the strength required if the magnet is to be used for an indirect pull or a downward pull.

We do not recommend using magnets with a steel pot on magnetic glass boards, as the edges of the steel pot can scratch the glass board.
