This magnet is spray painted with white paint. Be careful not to scratch the magnet, otherwise the silver nickel coating will show where the magnet is scratched.

Strong neodymium magnets are not toys!

Please note that hook magnets are only magnetic at the bottom - i.e. opposite the hook. The strongest pull is achieved on a horizontal surface, as the magnet slides more easily on a vertical surface. 

We recommend indoor use, as the pot is not made of stainless steel. 

Not suitable for magnetic glass boards! 
This magnet is too strong for glass boards, as careless use can damage your glass board (scratch and break the glass).

FAQ about direct pull: 
Load capacity is measured directly on a thick, magnetic steel plate. The bearing capacity weakens the further the pot magnet is from the magnetic surface. That is if you have to hang something big and heavy that takes up a lot of space up or down (e.g. a bunch of keys, a calendar or clothes), then some weight must be added to the load-bearing capacity requirement, as in this case the hook has to carry a lot of weight downwards and not just "directly".
