Neodymium magnet with a steel pot around (enhances the magnetism) and thread to screw the magnet in directly like a screw, or you can fix the magnet with a nut . 

Two of these magnets with external thread cannot be used directly opposite each other, as the poles face the same way on all the magnets.

The strength is measured in direct pull on steel. The more space between magnet and magnetic surface, the weaker the magnetism. 

NOTE! The pot magnet is not made of stainless steel, which is why we recommend indoor use.
