If you need a magnet that can carry something heavy, then this is a good place to start, as it has a strength of an impressive 30 kg. in a straight line. This means that you achieve the maximum of the strength with a vertical pull compared to a diagonal or horizontal pull on the magnet.
Indirect pulls give a strength of approx. 3/4 less than with direct pull.
The hook magnet is only magnetic at the bottom (opposite the closed hook).
Please note that the pot is not made of stainless steel. If you are going to fish with the hook or use it in wet environments, remember to dry it after use to avoid rust much as possible. However, rust does not affect the strength - only the appearance.
Not suitable for magnetic glass boards, as it is far too strong and can easily damage the glass if used carelessly.
