The strength is an impressive 25 kg. in a straight line. That is you achieve the maximum of the strength with a vertical pull compared to a crooked or horizontal pull on the magnet.

You must be aware that the weight-max. because the carabiner is 15 kg. But since this magnet is often used in indirect pulls, where 4-5 times the strength is needed because the pull is skewed on the magnet, they are 15 kg. more than plenty.

Not suitable for magnet fishing as it requires a fixed hook.
