Description
This is one of our strongest pot magnets and they have M8 internal threads.
These pot magnets can be used along with M8 screw sets or pot magnets with an M8 external thread.
We do not recommend you use these magnets on glass boards, because the magnet is far too strong. They could potentially damage your board and render it unusable.
The magnets are sold individually; however, we offer discounts for bulk purchases. On the right, you have bulk options and pricing options based on your bulk choice
Diameter: 6 cm.
Height: 1.5 cm.
Thread: M8
Strength: approx. 92 kg.
ATTENTION! The magnets have unidirectional poles, which means that two pot magnets cannot catch one another directly from the magnetic side. Instead, two pot magnets will repel each other and they will sit together crookedly. See the second photo we provided.
Important, steel increases the adhesiveness of the magnet. Always seek to place in direct contact of steel surfaces to ensure stable contact.
The bearing capacity of a pot magnet is measured directly on a strong, magnetic steel plate. It is critical to note that the further the pot magnet is from a magnetic surface, the more the carrying capacity weakens.
When placing your magnet remember that the magnets have their strongest pull when attached to a horizontal surface. On a horizontal position the magnets will have less resistance sliding vertically on various surfaces.
We recommend that pot magnets be used indoors only. Pot magnets are not stainless steel and are vulnerable to rusting, over time, when exposed to outdoor elements.
