Strong steel magnetic hook with closed hook.

Small but strong hook magnet with eye hook (closed hook). It can be smart if you e.g. will use it to pull wires or string through.

The strength in direct pull (when both the magnet and the object to be hung are vertical) is up to 13 kg. Impressive with such a small magnet. But if you hang the magnet horizontally, the pull is not direct, and then the strength is only approx. 2.5 kg.

The carrying capacity weakens the further the pot magnet comes from the magnetic surface. That is if you e.g. must hang a heavy object in the hook magnet, which pulls skewed in relation to the fixed point of the magnet, or which takes up a lot of space upwards or downwards (e.g. clothes), then some weight must be attached to the load-bearing capacity requirement, since in this case the hook must carry a lot of weight downward and not just "directly". You therefore need min. 4 times the weight of what the magnet must be able to carry if the pull is indirect. 

The pot magnet is made of steel with a neodymium magnet. Not stainless steel.

This closed hook magnet has its magnetic field at the bottom - opposite end of the hook.

You can use this hook magnet on a glass board , but it doesn't make much sense, because the steel pot will slide too easily on the glass surface, and you will therefore not get as much strength out of the hook magnet as if you use it on a metal surface or a refrigerator. Therefore, we do not recommend the hook magnet for glass boards.
