MagJig 95 (MagSwitch)

Work faster and smarter with a MagJig 95. This MagSwitch gives you a pull force up to 31 kg. Just rotate the knob to turn on/off the magnetic hold force.

If you need to use the MagJig for downward pressure, simply drill a hole in a fixture and place the MagJig 95 in to use for  clamping.

Drill as many holes as you want for as much strength and flexibility as you need by simply dropping in MagJigs. We recommend use of two per fixture to avoid pivot. Or create fences, assembly jigs, cutting fixtures, blade guards, work supports or anything that makes your work faster, safer and easier. You can use it in your custom jigs and fixtures by drilling a 30 mm hole using a Forstner bit into standard ¾” stock.

Often used for woodworking or for welding and heavy fabrication.

The MagJig 95 is made with a strong magnet which can be activated / disabled by just turning the handle on top. It is not made with electro magnetism so you won't have to worry about enough power or breakdown. It works by making use of simple magnetism and distance but made for heavy daily use with a good protection of the magnet.
