Often referred to as the magnet fishing shop, we're not a store in the traditional sense. However, you can always place your order online and get speedy delivery. Or if you live in Denmark, you can pick up your fishing magnet from us during business hours on weekdays.
The magnet features two internal threads: one at the top and one on the side, offering various advantages depending on the attachment. Ultimately, it’s a matter of preference, so we recommend experimenting to find your best fit.
Not made of stainless steel: As the pot magnets are housed in steel that is not stainless, remember to dry your magnet with a standard dry cloth after use to keep rust at bay. While rust will initially only affect the magnet aesthetically, a thin layer of surface rust does not impact its magnetism.

FAQ on direct pull
The carrying capacity is measured directly on a thick, magnetic steel plate. The further the pot magnet is from the magnetic surface, the weaker the strength. Hence, this magnet fishing set reaches its full potential only when it clamps onto a flat, smooth, thick magnetic metal surface. Also, pulling in a direction different from where the magnet points reduces the strength to about 1/4. Always try to align your pull with the magnet’s orientation.
For instance, pulling a scooter from the water requires latching onto part of the frame where the magnet grips well, as the strength depends on how much of the magnet’s surface area makes direct contact with the metal. Achieving full contact with the magnet’s diameter on a flat surface like the tank ensures maximum carrying capacity. Conversely, connecting with a round object like handlebars, making contact with only 10% of the magnet, will also result in just 10% efficiency of the magnet’s strength. Moreover, consider that if the scooter’s tank is waterlogged, it weighs significantly more than 50 kg, likely necessitating two or three magnets of this size for retrieval.
Attention! Always ensure that the included eyebolt is tightly screwed in and the carabiner is fully closed. The magnet and bolt can withstand a pull of 200 kg, the carabiner up to 230 kg, and the rope can handle a pull of up to 100 kg.
Rope Information: The included rope is rated for 100 kg in direct pull, which is ample since achieving the magnet’s full pull strength is challenging and requires a perfect, straight pull—nearly impossible to achieve. Realistically, you can expect to retrieve items from the water weighing up to 50 kg. Note that the rope is intended solely for magnet fishing, not general climbing.
