A good tip is to model a little at a time. Divide the lump into e.g. 8 parts to be able to work with the clay more easily.

We often use FIMO clay for creative projects with magnets. But remember to make an impression of the magnet on the back of the figures and to bake without the magnet in the oven, as some magnets are demagnetized by being exposed to heat above 80 degrees.

Baking time for FIMO clay depends on the size of your figure. Most small figures only need 30 minutes in a standard oven at 110 degrees. Make sure to put baking paper on the baking tray before putting your Fimo figures in the oven.
