Description

Countersunk magnets  (shallow magnets)

Diameter: 1.6 cm.
Height: 0.52 cm.
Screw hole: Ø3.5 mm.
Strength: approx. 6.9 kg.

These countersunk pot magnets can be fastened with a countersunk screw (3.5 mm).

They consist of a strong neodymium magnet encased in a steel cap (pot). The steel improves the adhesiveness of the magnet due to direct contact with a thick steel surface.

The strength is always measured directly on a thick, magnetic steel plate. The strength of the pot magnets gets weaker the further away from the magnetic surface they get.

Pot magnets have a stronger pull when attached to horizontal surfaces than vertical surfaces as they tend to slide down vertical surfaces.

Please note: Mainly for indoor use as the magnets are not stainless steel.

Not suitable for magnetic glass boards.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Strength: approx. 6,900 gr.
Magnetisation: N42
Surface: nickel-plated (Ni)
