Pot magnet Ø16 mm. with counterbore hole for screws with a normal round screw head (you cannot use countersunk screws with this magnet type).
The difference between a counterbore and a countersunk pot magnet is that the screw goes further into the hole on a counterbore pot magnet, as there is room for a larger screw head. It is important for the strength of a magnet that the surface is completely flat, and with a counterbore magnet with a large hole for the screw, you don't have to worry so much about this: the screw head is "hidden" in the counterbore. But at the same time, it makes the magnet weaker than a countersunk magnet with an inclined undercut, since the final magnetic surface is smaller on a counterbore magnet.

Made with a strong neodymium magnet and a steel pot around it, which strengthens the magnetism.
We always measure the strength in direct pull on a thick, magnetic steel plate. The more space there is between the magnet and the magnetic surface, the weaker the magnetism will be.

NOTE! Intended for indoor use as the steel pot is not made of stainless steel.
We do not recommend using pot magnets for glass boards, as the steel pot can scratch the glass surface.
