Description

These magnets are small in size but are strong neodymium magnets with a rubber protective coating and M4 external steel threads.

The magnet itself is built of N42 neodymium.

These magnets can be fastened together with magnet types that have M4 internal threads. In addition, you could also use an M4 locknut to screw and secure.

This type of magnet can be used on glass boards.

Diameter: 2.2 cm.
Height magnet: 0.6 cm.
Total height: 1.25 cm.
Thread: M4
Strength: approx. 5.9 kg.

We sell the magnets individually, so you can choose exactly the number of magnets you need.

ATTENTION! The magnets have unidirectional polarity. As a result, two (2) threaded magnets cannot attract one another directly from the same surface.

This type of magnet has a 5.9 kg weight. (13.007 lbs.) carrying capacity. To test the magnetic capability, we used a magnetic steel plate made of pure steel. We have found that any distance between the magnet and its magnetic surface will weaken the original carrying capability. During our testing, we used a distance of 2 mm (0.079 inches) and found that the carrying capability weakens by approximately 70%. As a secondary test, we used a distance of 5 mm (0.197 inches) and found the carrying capability weakened by as much as 92%.

This type of magnet can be used outdoors, but the steel threads may rust over time when permanently used outdoors.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Strength: approx. 5,900 g.
Magnetism: N42
Material: NdFeB
Steel thread: Q235
Coating: Rubber
Magnet type: Neodymium

This rubber coated magnet withstands wind and weather elements well, which is why it is ideal to use outdoors. However, you should know that the external thread is not made of stainless steel, which is why it can rust over time if it is not properly sealed.
