Description

Recessed metal plate, 30x12x3 mm. - an oblong metal piece with a recessed hole that can be used for hanging items. The square metal piece can be used as a contact point for a magnet.

ATTENTION! It vital for us to point out that these square metal pieces are NOT magnets! They are magnetic conduits and can be paired with power magnets (or other magnets) to create a magnetic surface. For stability, these metal plates can be secured using countersunk screws.

SPECIFICATIONS
Size: 30x12 mm.
Height: 0.3 cm.
Screw hole: ø5.7 mm (about 0.22 in) - (M5)
Countersunk cone total: ø11.7 mm.

The metal pieces are designed to be used with countersunk screws. This feature ensures that you achieve a completely flat surface. This is a critical component if you intend to use them with magnets. The countersunk hole will accommodate screw heads as large as 11 mm., but the screw size we recommend is 3x5mm in thickness. Since screws lengths vary, you will need to select the length that correctly matches your project needs. Also, always test that you can achieve a flat surface with your intended screw size before you screw the metal piece onto its final place.

NB! Screw is not included.

These metal pieces are not suitable for outdoor use because they will rust over time. If they are to be used outdoors, you should varnish them with a thin layer of varnish or paint to provide them with a protective cover.

Our recessed metal plate is sold individually. However, for your convenience we also offer higher quantity sets at discounted prices. Take a look on the right of your screen and compare the prices.
