Terms and conditions for Magnetpartner.com

To place an order with Magnetpartner.com you must be 18 years old. If you are under 18, you need your parents' consent.

Shopping with us is really easy, so if you just want to get on with ordering as quickly as possible, here is some basic information about shopping at Magnetpartner.com.

You place an item in your basket, select your shipping method, give us your name and address, pay with your credit card and we will send your order to you quickly and securely. We give you 30 day's right to return your order, and we don't give your details to anyone else.

How to shop

To place an order with Magnetpartner.com you need to go through the following 5 steps: 

  1. Once you find the item(s) you would like to buy, you add them to your shopping basket. Go to checkout. 
  2. Enter your personal details. 
  3. Select shipping and payment method. 
  4. Approve our terms and conditions. 
  5. Make sure that the information you provided is correct and approve your order. 

Magnetpartner.com only sells products through our webshop. All agreements are concluded in English. Please contact us if you did not find the product you were looking for in our webshop. All prices shown include VAT and other levies and are the current prices. If you would like to receive a copy of a previous order confirmation, please write an e-mail to us at info@Magnetpartner.com.  


At Magnetpartner.com, we always strive for a quick delivery, and where possible we dispatch orders on the same day as we receive them. Dispatch times are subject to stock availability. During busy periods, such as holidays and campaigns, longer delivery times (1-3 days extra) may occur. All orders are shipped with GLS / Schenker / UPS. In the unfortunate event that your order is damaged during shipping, you should immediately contact the shipping company and report it to them.


All international shipments are dispatched by  GLS / Schenker / UPS. You will receive an e-mail as soon as we have dispatched your order. Magnetpartner.com is not responsible for any delay or other shipment complications of any kind after handing over your parcel to  GLS / Schenker / UPS. All orders are sent with track & trace.


You can order online and pay via a secure connection by Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, LIC, JCB and American Express. Your order will be processed and dispatched as soon as we have received it through our webshop.

All prices at Magnetpartner.com – at our web address http://www.magnetpartner.com – are including VAT and other levies. The prices shown are the current prices.

Terms of sale and delivery

The below terms of sale and delivery shall apply to all products delivered by Magnetpartner.com, unless other written agreement has been made between you and Magnetpartner.com. All purchases made through Magnetpartner.com are protected by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The rules stipulated in the Danish Sale of Goods Act regarding overdue delivery and defective goods shall apply. Any complaints about Magnetpartner.com can be directed to the Consumer Complaints Board in Denmark where Magnetpartner.com's main office is located.

Documentation and instructions:

Any available product descriptions and user instructions will be included in the delivery. If in doubt about how to use a product or how to treat/clean it, you are always more than welcome to contact us. Any additional product information or guidance you require from Magnetz.dk will be of an instructive nature. However, we take pride in always offering the best possible guidance for you, and we always send you an individual reply.

Time of delivery, shipment and risk:

Delivery of goods from Magnetpartner.com is regarded as having taken place when the goods have been handed over to you. Shipment is carried out by  GLS, Schenker or UPS. Expected delivery time is stated under each product. If a product is in stock, we strive to dispatch any order placed before 3 pm on the same day, unless otherwise stipulated in our webshop. The risk of goods purchased at Magnetpartner.com passes to you at the time of delivery.


Any complaints about overdue delivery or defective goods to Magnetpartner.com must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. It is your obligation to explain and if requested demonstrate the nature of the defect. Where you discover a defect, you must contact us as soon as possible and without delay. Right of cancellation and returning goods:

According to Danish legislation, you are entitled to 14 days' right of cancellation, but when you shop at Magnetpartner, we give you 30 days' right of cancellation. This is applicable from the day on which you receive the goods, unless the goods in question were custom-made to your requirements. Simply wrap the good(s) in question securely and return to: Magnetpartner.com, FEjby Industrivej 28A, 2600 Glostrup, Denmark, together with a copy of the invoice/order confirmation and this returns form.

We only accept magnetic paint pots with the seal still intact – if not, you lose the right of cancellation.  

You will be responsible for return costs when exercising your right of cancellation. In case of incorrect or defective delivery, we will cover your direct return costs. In certain cases, we may not want you to return the defective good to us, so please contact us prior to returning. In the event of part cancellation of an order delivered free of charge, the shipment fee applicable at the time will be deducted from the return amount in order to cover some of Magnetpartner.com's costs in relation to the shipment of the good. We will credit your payment card with the price of the good(s) within 5 weekdays (where possible always on the same day), and no later than 14 days after receiving notice of cancellation. We reserve the right to withhold your refund until we have received the good(s), unless prior to that you have presented documentation for having returned it.

Your right to cancel will expire 30 days after the date where 1) you received the good(s), or 2) the last good(s) were handed over to you physically (part delivery). If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us of this within 30 days after receiving the good(s). This notification must be given via e-mail or letter. In your notification, you must clearly explain that you wish to exercise your right to cancel. Should you choose to cancel a purchase by refusing to accept delivery of the good(s) without notifying us of this, we will contact you to establish whether the return is due to a cancellation or a mistake by the shipping company. You are responsible for the good(s) from the time of delivery.

The condition of the returned good(s):

You are only responsible for any decrease in the value of the good(s), which is the result of handling other than what is necessary to assess the nature, properties and functionality of the good(s). In other words: you may examine the good(s) in the same way you would if you examined them in a physical shop. Goods that are examined in any other way than explained above will be regarded as used, which means that if you cancel your purchase you will only get a part refund or no refund, depending on the commercial value of the good(s). In order to get a full refund, you may do what you would do in a physical shop; i.e. examine the good(s), but not actually use them.

Guarantee / lack of conformity:

You are always protected by a 1-year legal guarantee when you shop at Magnetpartner.com. This means that you can always get your good(s) repaired, exchanged and fully or partly refunded depending on the specific situation. However, it is a requirement that your claim is legitimate and that the fault is not the result of misuse of the product or other damaging behaviour. You must make your claim within a ”reasonable time” after discovering the fault. If you make your claim within two months after detecting the fault, your claim will always be considered timely. We will refund any reasonable shipping costs: if your claim is legitimate, we will naturally refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

We need the following information when you return your good(s) to us: a detailed description of the reason why you are returning the good(s) - you can use our returns form for this purpose. Please note: We do not accept parcels sent with "cash on delivery", or similar. Please remember to always return the good(s) in secure packaging and get a receipt for your shipping costs so that we can refund them.

Personal data

This privacy policy explains how we use your personal data. To enter into an agreement with us at Magnetpartner.com, you need to register the following details:

  1. Name
  2. Address
  3. Phone no.
  4. E-mail address

We register your personal details in order to deliver our good(s) to you. Your personal details are registered with Magnetpartner.com. We store them for five years and subsequently delete them. When collecting personal data through our website (www.Magnetpartner.com) we ensure that it only happens after you have given your explicit consent. This way you know exactly which details we have collected and why. Managing Director of Magnetpartner.com, Mia Franck Nersting, is responsible for data protection and has access to any registered details about you. 

We do not store encrypted customer information and we do not transmit encrypted customer information. No data registered with Magnetpartner.com will be passed on to a third party and we do not register any sensitive personal data.

As registered with Magnetpartner.com, you always have the right to object to the registration. You are also entitled to know which data are registered about you. You are entitled to these rights under the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data, and any enquiries in this connection should be directed to Magnetpartner.com by e-mail info@magnetpartner.com.


At Magnetpartner.com, we use cookies in order to optimise our website and its functionality and hence make your visit as easy as possible. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time; how you do it will depend on your browser. 

Log statistics
