Magnets - Where Can i Buy It?
Since 2007 we have been selling magnets to privates, companies, and institutions. Due to the high demand for photo pockets, fridge magnets, and neodymium magnets, we have created a niche webshop, where we specialize in high-quality magnets for everyday use.
Magnets where can I buy it? You can buy strong magnets online here at Magnet Partner. Due to increased demand, we have specialized our webshop in selling neodymium magnets, also called power magnets, fridge magnets, and photo pockets. Furthermore, we have magnets in different categories for everyday use.
We try to develop our webshop all the time, and we are very picky about finding the right suppliers. We only want to sell high-quality magnets, so if you wanna know more about, where to buy them and what to use magnets for, continue reading this blog.
Magnets - Where can I buy it?
We are specialized in online-sales and have no physical store, where we sell magnets. So if you want to buy magnets at our webshop, you can safely do this. We have more than 12 years of experience, and we always strive to be better.
We are especially known for good customer service and for supplying some of the best and strongest magnetic photo pockets which are produced in Denmark. We love giving advice about magnets and are very passionate to answer your questions and to make our shop better all the time.
We sell magnets to both private and business uses and have magnets for a lot of different needs.
Power Magnets
Power Magnets are magnets made from neodymium. This is the strongest permanent magnet on the market. It is an alloy of neodymium, iron, and boron. An alloy is a combination of metals, and this combination is the strongest for making permanent magnets.
At Magnet Partner, we love strong magnets because of the strength of the magnets and we also call them Super Magnets - but we don’t sell them without a warning. These are not toys, and you should always read our safety tips before buying them.
These super cool magnets are like ants and they can lift many times their own weight. That is why we prefer these magnets. With neodymium magnets, you are sure, that your objects will keep in the correct spot.
You can see their strength if you click on each product. Have a look at this block magnet with the dimensions 60x30x15 mm. It has strength on approximately 56 kg. Later in this post, you can read about our magnetic calculator.
Fridge Magnets
One of the most common known places to use magnets in everyday life is on the fridge, where so called "fridge magnets" is used. We always have a lot of different types in stock with speedy delivery within the EU. Find animals, flowers, smileys, etc. to make a cozy and unique fridge, or use them on your board as well.
The average strength on a fridge magnet cannot be compared to a strong neodymium magnet. We actually suggest using neodymium magnets on the fridge as well. With these, you can hang knives, towels and much heavier stuff on your fridge.
Contact us, if you have any doubts about, how much a certain magnet can carry, and what you can use it for.
Magnetic Pockets
Magnetic pockets are kind of the foundation of our shop, and we have really specialized us in getting the absolute best magnetic pockets on the market. They stick to all magnetic surfaces such as:
- Refrigerators
- Washing machines
- Whiteboards
- Steel boards
- Storage racks
- Metal lockers
- Cars
- Machines
- Tractors etc.
You can find them in a lot of different sizes and they will hold their strength for many years to come. So don’t hesitate to use these pockets instead of gluing paper up on walls. These will hold much longer and it is easy to switch the paper.
You can use them instead of post-its, where the glue doesn’t always last for a long time, or for example for instructions at your work. The sizes include A3, A4, A5, etc.
-Take a look in our webshop and find some pockets that fit your needs.
Other cool products & items
Above was a description of our three biggest segments, but we have divided our webshop into different categories, where you can also find other cool products and items. All of them are related to magnetism.
You can find magnetic locks, magnetic paint, magnetic tools and glue for magnets.
What are some uses of magnets?
The most common known use in daily life was to pin stuff at the fridge. But you are probably using magnets much more than you think. We have made to lists of, how you can use magnets for everyday use, but also which electronic devices it can be found in.
Everyday use
- Fridge magnets
- Spheres for creating magnetic figures or as destressing activity (Also called Zen Magnets or Neo Cubes)
- Office & boards (In another blog post we also suggest a magnetic scoreboard)
- Sports magnets - For running race number or tactical boards for coaches in for example basketball.
- Magnetic pockets, tape, etc. to hang up pictures and documents
We have written about a lot of different DIY, Do it Yourself projects, that you can use magnets for as well. Check out some of our other blog posts to find more inspiration to make your own: magnetic knife strips, beer- or iPad-holders, magnetic surfaces and so on.
We can use magnets for much more in your daily life, but I especially think you will be surprised to see how many of your electronic devices which use either permanent or electromagnets.
Electronic devices
We use magnetism to benefit the industrial world and our daily lives and it is used in a lot of electronic devices:
- Generators
- Speakers
- Televisions
- Headphones
- MRI-scanners (Magnetic resonance imaging)
- Motors
- Computers (Store data on hard drives)
- Lawnmowers, electric toothbrush and as components to other electronic devices.
- Trains, cars, etc.
I don’t know about you, but I am grateful for all the scientists who helped invent and discover the power of magnetism.
Measurements for Magnets
In another post, we have written about how easy a magnetic field travels through different materials such as wood, plastic, water, concrete, and aluminum.
The strength of a magnet is usually weakened pretty fast over distances, but how is the strength measured? We have made an online magnetic calculator, so you can find the perfect magnets for your projects.
Use this magnetic calculator to find out the distance between either two magnets or between magnet/metal. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need help or have any doubts.
You measure a magnets strength in either Gauss or Teslas.
- 1 Tesla = 10.000 Gauss
Tesla
Tesla is named after the Serbian-American inventor and electrical engineer Nikola Tesla. It is also the name of an American Automotive and energy company. When you use Tesla to measure magnets, it is usually in very strong magnets.
MRI-scanners and junkyard lifting tools approximately have a measurement on 1-3 Teslas, and these are very strong magnets. Some of the worlds strongest magnet are measured to around 40-60 teslas, but these are only for scientific use.
Gauss
Gauss is named after the German mathematician and physicist Carl Friedrich Gauss. This is the most commonly used measurement.
You can see the specifications of our magnets if you click on the product. If you look at our power magnets, they are also described with an N-value.
N-value means: How much magnetic energy the magnet contains and in which temperature you can use the magnet in. Here are some examples of different N-values:
- N35 = 11700-12100 Gauss
- N38 = 12200-12600 Gauss
- N42 = 12900-13200 Gauss
- N45 = 13200-13700 Gauss
- N48 = 13700-14200 Gauss
- N50 = 14000-14600 Gauss
The higher the N-number is - the stronger is the magnet.
Our most popular magnets are with N45-value, which is the reason for, why we have so many of these.
Warning!
Read our safety tips before buying neodymium magnets. These are not toys and some of our magnets are very strong. So please read the following link, if you are thinking about buying power magnets.
